Welcome to Krizlin. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Krizlin mobile application ("App"), operated by Purple Mango, a Partnership Firm registered under the Indian Partnership Act, 1932, with GSTIN 08ABFFP4033J1Z6, having its registered office at 1, Amber Gas Godown, Nangal Road, Kunda, Amber, Jaipur – 302028, Rajasthan, India ("we", "us", "our", or "Company").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you ("User", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
"App" means the Krizlin mobile application available on Android, including all features, content, and services provided through it.
"Event" means any event, activity, show, concert, festival, workshop, exhibition, or other gathering listed on the App, whether created by a User (Host) or aggregated from third-party platforms.
"Host" means any User who creates, publishes, or manages an Event on the App.
"Attendee" means any User who books, saves, or expresses interest in attending an Event.
"External Event" means an Event whose ticketing or booking is handled by a third-party platform (such as BookMyShow, Eventbrite, or others) and not directly through the App.
"Content" means all text, images, photographs, event descriptions, reviews, comments, and other materials uploaded, posted, or displayed on the App by Users.
You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account and use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 16 years old. If you are between 16 and 18 years of age, you represent that you have obtained the consent of your parent or legal guardian to use the App.
We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts that we believe belong to individuals under 16 years of age.
To access certain features of the App, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You may register using your email address and password, or through Google Sign-In.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@krizlin.com of any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is found to be inaccurate, misleading, or in violation of these Terms.
Permitted Use: The App is provided for your personal, non-commercial use to discover, save, book, share, and create events.
Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to: use the App for any unlawful purpose; post false or fraudulent event listings; impersonate any person or entity; upload defamatory, obscene, or hateful content; attempt unauthorized access to other accounts or our servers; use automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools; interfere with the App's operation; collect personal information of other Users without consent; or send unsolicited spam.
The App displays events created by Hosts as well as External Events aggregated from third-party platforms. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any event information.
Direct Bookings: For events created directly on the App, ticket purchases are processed through Razorpay. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).
External Bookings: For External Events, the App redirects you to the third-party ticketing platform. Your purchase is governed by their terms and conditions.
Refund Policy: For events booked directly through the App, all sales are final. In cases of event cancellation by the Host, the Host is solely responsible for arranging refunds. For External Events, the respective platform's refund policy applies.
If you create Events as a Host, you agree to provide accurate event information, ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, be solely responsible for the organization and conduct of your Event, handle disputes and refund requests from Attendees directly, and obtain all necessary permits and approvals.
We reserve the right to remove any Event listing that violates these Terms without prior notice.
You retain ownership of Content you upload. By uploading Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute such Content in connection with the App.
The App, including its design, logo, trademarks, and source code, is owned by Purple Mango. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
By creating an account, you consent to receive push notifications including event reminders, booking confirmations, broadcast messages from Hosts, and promotional offers. You may disable notifications at any time through your device settings.
The App includes a referral program. Referral rewards are at our sole discretion and may be modified or discontinued at any time. Any attempt to abuse the referral system will result in disqualification and potential account termination.
The App may contain links to third-party services including BookMyShow, Insider.in, Eventbrite, Razorpay, Google, and Firebase. We do not control or assume responsibility for third-party content or services.
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any event information will be accurate or reliable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Purple Mango shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Purple Mango from any claims arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, Content you upload, Events you create, or violation of any law or third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time. You may delete your account through the App's Settings menu. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan. Disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with a sole arbitrator. The seat of arbitration shall be Jaipur, Rajasthan.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
