These Terms of Use supplement the Terms and Conditions and govern the specific rules and guidelines for using the Krizlin mobile application ("App") operated by Purple Mango, a Partnership Firm with GSTIN 08ABFFP4033J1Z6, registered at 1, Amber Gas Godown, Nangal Road, Kunda, Amber, Jaipur – 302028, Rajasthan, India.
Each User may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions, referrals, or circumvent restrictions is prohibited. You must not share login credentials. Account credentials are personal and non-transferable.
Accuracy: All event details must be accurate and truthful.
Legality: Events must comply with all applicable Indian laws including the Indian Penal Code, state laws of Rajasthan, fire safety, noise pollution regulations, and licensing requirements.
Prohibited Events: Events promoting illegal activities, drug use, discrimination, sexually explicit content, unlicensed gambling, pyramid schemes, or events posing risk to public safety are strictly prohibited.
Images: Event images must be relevant and must not contain copyrighted material without authorization, explicit content, misleading imagery, or images of individuals without consent.
Respectful Behavior: Harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech, and discrimination are prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.
Content Standards: All Content must be truthful, respectful, original or properly attributed, and free of unrelated spam or advertisements.
Reporting: Users may report violations using the Report feature. False or malicious reporting is itself a violation.
When booking an Event, you agree to arrive on time, comply with venue rules and Host guidelines, behave responsibly, and not engage in illegal or disruptive activity. We are not responsible for your experience at any Event.
For Attendees: Payments are processed via Razorpay in INR. All sales are final except for Host-cancelled events. Convenience fees will be displayed before checkout.
For Hosts: Hosts receive payouts after deduction of platform fees and processing charges. Hosts are responsible for applicable taxes including GST.
Do not upload content you do not own or have permission to use. Event descriptions should be original. Violations may result in content removal and account suspension.
The App may request: Camera/Photo Library (for profile and event images), Location (for nearby events), Contacts (for social features), Notifications (for reminders and updates), and Storage (for sharing). All permissions are optional and manageable in device settings.
We may impose limits on event creation, bookings, API requests, and reports to ensure smooth operation. Exceeding limits may result in temporary restrictions.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraud or abuse, create consistently reported events, manipulate ratings or referrals, or harass other Users. Terminated users may not create new accounts without written permission.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
